Quick Services & Pricing Guide
Let's be honest here. You are diligently perusing the site but want to know what these "competitive prices" are. Well, I don't want to keep you waiting and would definitely prefer for you to contact me without delay. So I will list below the general prices for junk removal, estate, hoarder, and construction cleanups. Miscellaneous Services are a bit different and are priced utilizing industry standards, which typically means they are charged by the hour or per square foot. However, I'm aware that as a prospective customer you have bargaining/negotiating power, so I'm hopeful that we can establish a mutually beneficial agreement.
Junk Removal | $5 - $275*
The prices range from $5 to $275 including fuel, mileage, labor, and disposal. If you can think of it, we generally can remove it. We remove furniture of all types and varieties, appliances, yard debris, and general trash/nuisance items. We also remove propane tanks, fire extinguishers, batteries, fuel containers, and paint. *All services that will be listed can be completed in residential and commercial spaces.Â

Appliances and furniture | A typical price for the removal of recliners/sofas ranges from $25 to $75 per piece (This only changes due to the weight of the furniture (normal two seater vs sleeper sofa/reclining sofas, which are a lot heavier). As for appliances, we recycle but have to charge a little for fuel and labor, so these prices range from $5 to $50.Â

However, once you get past a few items, the pricing switches to $275 per trailer load. I've found that this is a lot easier to manage for everyone and potentially reduces the final price for you. As an added bonus, if the items only fill up half a trailer, I will only charge you for half. It's as simple as that. As for trailers, we use 6 x 12 x 4 dump trailers, which provide almost 11 cubic yards of space. To provide a point of reference, most dumpsters behind apartment and commercial buildings range from 2 to 8 cubic yards. So we can remove quite a bit of items in one load. The only way the price goes up to $300 per trailer load is if we have to travel 51 to 70 miles away one way (so $325 for Construction Cleanups). If you like to live life on the edge and your project is more than 70 miles away one way, have no fear. We will figure it out together. Â
Estate Cleanups | $275 Per Trailer Load
As mentioned above, when there are more than a few items to be removed, we will simply charge $275 per trailer load which includes fuel, mileage, labor, and disposal. Also, if we do NOT fill-up a trailer, we will LOWER the price. Estate Cleanups are reserved for properties/residences that need to be cleared out after evictions or move-outs. This is also reserved for those who want to partake in a little "spring cleaning" of their residence, garage, or storage unit.
Hoarder Cleanups | $275 Per Trailer Load
We do not judge those affected by hoarding and understand that life can be overwhelming at times. That's why our prices and processes are not. If you haven't noticed, the price per trailer load is the same at $275 per trailer load. Similarly to Estate Cleanups, if we complete the project in a lower amount of trailer loads then previously estimated, we will also LOWER the price.
Construction Cleanups | $300 Per Trailer Load
Let's face it. We live in Florida, so there are always nearby construction projects underway. Whether you are working on a new build or renovation, give us a call to come pick up your old carpeting, wood, flooring, and general construction debris. We also pick-up small dirt piles but will advise on a case-by-case basis due to weight. You will notice that the trailer load price is slightly higher than the other services. This is simply due to the heavier weight of construction debris (concrete, bricks, wood, granite, drywall, etc gets real heavy, real quick).Â
Miscellaneous Services
I have good news for you. We don't only pickup junk! We remove cabinets, carpets, tile, laminate, and vinyl flooring. We also complete soft, interior demolitions due to flooding as well as odd jobs of removing sheds, chicken coups, background playground sets, and old trampolines (just a few of the shenanigans that I've completed in the past). I've also completed moving services a "time or two." As mentioned above, these services are priced more in line with industry standards but also follow our practice of offering lower prices. If you have any questions regarding these services or any other that are not listed, please ask!
